     b. Personal information transferred to a separate database shall not be used for purposes other than those prescribed by law.

     a. Personal information stored in electronic file form shall be permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
     b. Personal information printed on paper shall be destroyed by shredding or incineration.

① Users may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

② Users may submit such requests in writing, by email, or through the customer service center, and the Company shall take action without delay.

③ If access, suspension, etc. is restricted under applicable laws, the Company shall inform the user of the reason.

① The Company may use cookies to provide customized services.

② Users may refuse the storage of cookies through browser settings; however, in such cases, some services may be restricted.

Article 11 (Duty of Notification)

① This Privacy Policy shall take effect from its effective date.

② In the event of any addition, deletion, or modification of this Policy, the Company shall provide notice at least seven (7) days in advance through the website.

② 다만, 다음의 경우 예외적으로 제공할 수 있습니다.

2. 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

제7조 (개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법)

① 회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

② 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 파기절차

(1) 이용자가 회원가입 등을 위해 입력한 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨져 일정 기간 저장 후 삭제됩니다.

(2) 별도 DB로 옮겨진 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우를 제외하고 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.

2. 파기방법

(1) 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 복구할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 영구 삭제합니다.

(2) 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.

제8조 (이용자의 권리와 행사 방법)

① 이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

② 이용자는 서면, 이메일, 고객센터 등을 통해 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
